The objective of the presentation is to provide insights and explore the key factors that influence the adoption of additive manufacturing in the journey to qualification of actual components. This will be discussed thanks to the Nikon SLM Solutions’s experience with parts manufacturers and OEMs of parts, in the O&G and aerospace sectors. The paper provides valuable and comprehensive understanding of how AM is transforming the qualification process with a focus on real world applications.
